Summary
Patients who are looking for a doctor will find and compare a massive number of doctors in a specialty.
The platform offers doctors with rating and prices range, filtered by profession level and medical insurance.
Problem
Patients are suffering from spending a long time in doctors clinics and they are confusing which doctor is better, they want to pay in different methods cash or credit plus nowadays there are many patients already have medical insurance so they need to select specific doctors who accept or dealing with their medical insurance company.

Research Findings
Users need to select the nearby doctors in specific specialists who:
-
Have high ratings of quality and clean clinic.
-
Accepting different payment methods.
-
Filtered by gender
-
accepting their medical insurance.
-
Matching their free time.
Challenges
There are many competitors have a product of the same service but the main pain point not covered yet. Patients can compare, choose and pay online for a doctor but the main challenge is how might we decrease the time spent at doctors?
Proposal
The solution is how might we split the time of doctor visits into periods so we can mention each patient to a different period and give them a specific time to be at the clinic instead of an estimation period.
Solution
We will divide doctors time into periods based on the average time which each doctor spend with patients calculated by the back-office application and it synchronises with the end-user app to allow patients to select the suitable time to visit their doctor.
