Cervello “An IoT Platform that integrates, monitors, automates and controls any device or system”. It is a multi-tenant on-premises platform. That targets integrators and software vendors to build vertical smart solution.
The internet of things, or IoT, is a system of interrelated computing devices, mechanical and digital machines, objects, animals or people that are provided with unique identifiers (UIDs) and the ability to transfer data over a network without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction. How Cervello allows users to build their own solution for smart city with no effort and code-less?
Through 4 components Cervello is able to integrate with things to collect, analyse, and monitor data to store it and take actions based on predefined logic or machine learning and represent a friendly user interface to interact with people in the smart world.
The main pillar in digital platform is user, how user will act and how application will interact to facilitate capabilities of platform to get user’s goal done.

Problem
Cervello on-premise is not capable to serve all targeted users due to difficulties in reaching them and offering a trial period add to that sync local network to cloud storage.
Due the decision of lunching a cloud version we need to keep the same structure of current version and empower real time collaboration between user they work on the same project from different places.
It’s difficult to get user on boarding easily and they have privacy and security concerns.
The customer who is purchasing the platform does not have to be the actual user who use our platform.
User doesn't view the accessed workspace specifically and can’t manage it.
Proposal
User will be requested just to enter their email only, then they will receive a verification mail and he will be routed to the page informing them to open their email to verify their email address.
They will be routed to enter their password with specific criteria and the basic information such as first and last name then accept the polices. They will be requested to add some personal details and this details is optional they can skip it.
Will create an instance for this user contains first organisation which contains the first team, and create a initiative project to get them ready to create their solution.
Create an instance landing page which user can view all theri recent work on project in a specific organisation, view their recent work on teams which they is member in instance or all teams, they have the ability to view recently logged in users and can manage instance subscription, consumption and invite administrators, all users will view an notification bar in this page contains notifications and Ads related to this instance.
